KANDAHAR, Afghanistan -- Col Andrew P. Frick, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) Commanding Officer, helped dedicate a small arms range here named after Corporal C. T. Chandler, 15th MEU(SOC), who was one of the Marines injured last month when he stepped on a mine at the Kandahar airport. U.S. Marines are in Afghanistan supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
