U.S.Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Jeffrey Wilburn, a Combat Cargo assistant assigned to the dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), commences a welcome aboard brief from senior leadership Fox Company, Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, and Sailors assigned to the Oak Hill as part of Combined Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) while underway Nov. 15, 2017. COMPTUEX allows all elements of the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) to join and train in realistic scenarios so the MEU as a whole can meet its Predeployment Training Program objectives prior to an upcoming deployment at sea.
