U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Robert W. Folchetti, a machine gunner with Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), tightens a ratchet strap across the bed of a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement in order to deliver food and water to victims of Hurricane Irma at the Cyril King E.
