U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Samual F. Interlichia, a cyber network operator with 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), organizes concertina wire during Realistic Urban Training (RUT) at Marine Corps Outlying Field Camp Davis-South, N.C., Aug. 16, 2017.
