Maj. Gen. W. Lee Miller Jr., the commanding general of II Marine Expeditionary Force, addresses the Marines and sailors of Task Force Spartan, a detachment of Marines from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit who were deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Miller said he was proud of the Marines and said their contributions in the country is a foundation on which the Iraqi security forces can build upon in their fight against ISIS militants.
