Capt. Raymond Kaster, a Bridgewater, N.J., native and Company K commander, Battalion Landing Team 3/2, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), inspects Lance Cpl. Dennis Bowling, from Orlando, Fla., in his Service A uniform aboard the USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) while at sea March 29, 2013. The Marines will wear their uniforms during a social event while ported in Greece as part of their scheduled deployment to the 6th Fleet area of operation. The MEU operates continuously across the globe, providing the president and unified combatant commanders with a forward-deployed, sea-based quick reaction force.
