Master Sgt. Steven Rowe, senior enlisted communications Marine aboard USS Wasp, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, explores "The Turning Point" exhibit at the National World War II Museum in New Orleans April 19, 2012. The 26th MEU is currently providing support to the Commemoration of the Battle of New Orleans. Starting this April and continuing through 2015, the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard will commemorate the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the Star Spangled Banner. The War of 1812 celebration will commemorate the rich Naval history and showcase the capabilities of today's Navy-Marine Corps team. (Official Marine Corps photo by Staff Sgt. Edward R.
