Marines with 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit watch as Petty Officer 3rd Class Jason Smith, a hospital corpsman with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 266 (Reinforced), 26th MEU, inserts an intravenous needle into Lance Cpl. Tim Rowe, an aviation supplyman with VMM-266 (Rein), 26th MEU, during combat lifesaver training aboard USS Kearsarge, Oct. 15, 2010. 26th MEU is currently embarked aboard the ships of Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group and conducting training in the 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
