Jeff Wehrenberg, an airline executive from Queens, N.Y., learns how to aim an M16A2 Service Rifle with an M203 grenade launcher attachment while aboard the USS New York, Nov. 1, 2009, off the coast of New York. Wehrenberg and approximately 100 other guests toured the ship, which included displays of various Marine Corps equipment and vehicles. Manning each display were Marines from Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force 26, which was formed by North Carolina Marines from several units to support the ship’s commissioning in New York City, Nov. 7.
