A Marine with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force 26 explains to a guest of USS New York the function of the M16A2 Service Rifle aboard USS New York, Nov. 1, 2009, off the coast of New York. Approximately 100 guests toured the ship, which included displays of various Marine Corps equipment and vehicles. SPMAGTF-26 is comprised of North Carolina Marines from several units to support the ship’s commissioning, Nov. 7, in New York City.
