Despite light rain and a chilling breeze, Marines from Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force 26 and sailors from USS New York man the rails of the USS New York as she pulls into New York City, Nov. 2, 2009. The ship, which has 7 1/2 tons of steel salvaged from the World Trade Center forged in its hull, is scheduled to be commissioned on Nov. 7.
