Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB) New Orleans's honor guard renders honors to Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) New York (LPD 21 as it transits down the Mississippi River. The New York was built using 7.5 tons of the World Trade Center's steel and is scheduled to be commissioned Nov. 7 in New York City.
