Master Sgt. Leonard F. Caires, Maintenance Material Control chief, and Gunnery Sgt. Matthew W. Schroeder, both from Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron-264 (Reinforced), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, peer out to the USS Oak Hill and the rest of the Bataan Expeditionary Strike Group as the force enters U.S. Naval Forces Sixth Fleet area of responsibility while transiting the Suez Canal, June 1, 2007. The 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit deployed Jan. 6 as the landing force for the Bataan ESG, and is currently wrapping up a routine deployment in support of the Global War on Terrorism.
