Marines of the Light Armored Reconnaissance platoon, 2d Battalion, 8th Marines, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, maneuver Light Armored Vehicles into a security perimeter during the Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation exercise (NEO) Feb. 22 on Onslow Beach, Camp Lejeune, NC. The NEO is part of the 26th MEU's Certification Exercise, which when completed will earn the unit the title "Special Operations Capable."
