An AV-8B Harrier pilot with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 266 (Rein), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, prepares to exit his AV-8B Harrier while a UHN-1 Huey prepares to land aboard the flight deck of USS Kearsarge during flight operations as part of Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) off the coast of Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 10, 2010. 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Amphibious Squadron 4 conducted the three-week exercise in preparation for their deployment later this fall. During COMPTUEX, 26th MEU will prepare for its Certification Exercise in August by integrating and finalizing communication and mission procedures.
